It has been confirmed that Stone Cold Steve Austin will be appearing on the first episode of the new season of Vice’s Dark Side of the Ring.
That episode will focus on the career, life, and passing, of Brian Pillman, with Austin having been interviewed for the episode.
Austin revealed the news on the ‘Cari and Jemelle Won’t Stick to Sports‘ Vice podcast.
It is unknown exactly when the new season will start but it’s expected to be at some point this year.
Austin and Pillman had teamed together as the Hollywood Blonds before having an intense rivalry during the Attitude Era.
Austin has said that his father and Pillman both passed away due to the same heart condition.
It’s also been revealed that wrestling historian and journalist Dave Meltzer was interviewed for the Pillman episode.
