Sting Breaks Impressive Record Following AEW Debut

Wrestling legend Sting made his AEW debut during last night’s special Winter Is Coming edition of Dynamite, and he’s already setting records.

Pro Wrestling Tees has taken to Instagram to reveal that Sting has already broken the record for most shirts sold in 24 hours, and obviously, it’s not even been 24 hours yet!

Sting made his debut as Cody Rhodes and Darby Allin were being attacked by Team Taz. The lights went down, and when he came out Team Taz had left so he ended up just having staredowns with Arn Anderson, Rhodes and Allin.

It’s been confirmed that he will be appearing on next week’s show too, so we’re likely to learn what his intentions are upon joining the roster. It was also confirmed that he’s signed a multi-year contract.

Be sure to stay tuned to WrestleTalk.com because, as you’d imagine, there’s a hell of a lot of interesting news coming out of last night’s show, both regarding Sting and the AEW/IMPACT relationship.
