Following this past weekend’s news that PAC (Neville) had been pulled from WrestleCon due to VISA issues, another blow has been dealt as the ‘Icon’ Sting has now been pulled due to changes in his WWE schedule.
WrestleCon tweeted:
FYI, the vendor bringing in Sting cancelled due to Sting's changing WWE schedule. We are trying to find a way to take him over for Saturday. We appreciate your patience. In the meantime, MZ Promotions is issuing refunds to all preorders, Wolfe Studios is waiting as we resolve.

However, they have reiterated a desire to keep Sting at the event on the Saturday:
We are still trying to work out a deal with Sting that would keep him there Saturday, should have word by end of day

The exact changes to Sting’s WWE schedule are unknown at this point, but he did say recently that he would come out of retirement for a match against the Undertaker.
Yes it is a long shot, I know. Let me have my fun.
