Stipulation Added & Change Made To AEW Forbidden Door Main Event AEW

A stipulation has been added to the main event of AEW’s Forbidden Door pay-per-view, as well as an additional change to the match.

With AEW’s Forbidden Door event taking place in London this weekend, a big AEW World Championship match is set for the main event of the show, with Hangman Adam Page defending the title against MJF.

On last week’s Dynamite, the title match was made official when Hangman goaded MJF into executing his contract for the match at Forbidden Door after MJF had initially tried to goad Hangman into giving him a shot without using it.

However, on tonight’s AEW Dynamite show in Glasgow, MJF joined forces with Ricochet and the GoA, where they agreed to an alliance to help combat Mark Briscoe, after Briscoe had told MJF he was going to ‘kill him’ earlier in the night.

Later int he show, Hangman called MJF out to the ring, but MJF would appear on the tron with Mark Briscoe hogtied backstage.

MJF poured gasoline on Briscoe, and threatened to light him on fire unless Hangman agreed to his three requests for their match at Forbidden Door.

MJF said that he wants the title to be able to change hands via disqualification or countout in the match, as well as making Hangman agree that Max wouldn’t have to use his contract for the match at Forbidden Door.

Hangman would ultimately accept the offer to save Briscoe.
