Roman Reigns was announced as the final brand switch last night after he made the leap from Raw to Smackdown, attacking Vince McMahon and fellow Smackdown newcomer Elias to close out the show.
After 205 Live last night, the dark match saw the aforementioned Roman Reigns square off with another former World Champion in Randy Orton. However, WrestlingInc. is reporting that the match ended in some confusion after Reigns hit Orton with a Superman Punch and Spear after Randy delivered a draping DDT, and missed an RKO. Instead of being pinned, Orton rolled to the outside, and Reigns’ music began playing as if he was the victor.
The fact there was no official match winner left the crowd feeling somewhat confused.
