NXT TakeOver: Portland will take place in just two weeks on Sunday 16th February. This is the first special event from the black and gold brand since NXT TakeOver: WarGames III in November 2019.
It was announced on this week’s NXT that Tommaso Ciampa will challenge for the NXT Championship when he takes on Undisputed Era’s Adam Cole on the show.
It was announced revealed on this weeks show that Pete Dunne and Matt Riddle, after winning the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, will challenge Undisputed Era’s Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly on the show.
After Tegan Nox defeated Dakota Kai in a quick singles match on this week’s NXT, WWE has confirmed that the former best friends will compete in a Street Fight at TakeOver: Portland.

This is not the only women’s match that will be taking place on the show. Rhea Ripley is set to defend her NXT Championship against Royal Rumble standout Bianca Belair.
The final match that has been announced for the show is a singles match between former Universal Champion Finn Balor and beloved NXT star Johnny Gargano.
