Money.co.uk has named AEW President and CEO Tony Khan as a ‘more beloved billionaire’ than WWE majority owner Vince McMahon.
The website conducted a study as follows:
The Beloved Billionaires study, analysed annual search volume data and social media sentiment across a range of the world’s richest business moguls to create our Beloved Billionaire 100, analysing data from over 2 billion searches and over 50,000 social media posts, to crown the most loved moguls.
Both Khan and McMahon rank very highly in the top 100, with McMahon at #8 with an overall “popularity score” of 38, and Khan ahead of him at #6 with a score of 55.
Out of everyone on the list, Khan had the most “positive social sentiment”, with 39%. McMahon’s was 23%, which placed him at #8.
However, McMahon was ranked #1 out of everyone on the list in terms of “Fame to Wealth ratio”, since he’s ranked #8 overall in this list, but he’s actually only ranked 1417 by Forbes. Basically, he has the best ratio of being more famous with less money than anyone else on the list.
In terms of purely their net worth, Tony Khan is listed at $8 billion, with Vince McMahon at $2.1 billion.
The overall most beloved billionaire accolade went to Elon Musk.
