Some news has come to light regarding several matches that are being considered by WWE for WrestleMania 37, and there’s a surprising inclusion.
WrestleVotes has reported on three matches currently being considered. One of those is one that we’ve know has been planned for ages in an Edge vs Randy Orton rematch.
Another is Roman Reigns vs Goldberg. WrestleTalk.com first exclusively reported that Goldberg was being discussed as a potential and it all started taking shape yesterday when he appeared on WWE’s The Bump.
The surprising one is a three-way with Drew McIntyre, Brock Lesnar and Keith Lee. Wowzers. The report does note that none of this is concrete and depends on a bunch of factors including fan attendance.
Lesnar’s WWE contract ended earlier this year and he didn’t re-sign, but the likelihood always was that he would when the time and money was right.
WWE has booked Lee about as well as a four year old could book a holiday to Zimbabwe, but if he’s in the mix for such a match it’s definitely a promising sign.
