Teddy Hart has been arrested again. According to City of Richmond inmate records, Hart was booked on September 10.
According to PWInsider, Hart was found guilty of being in possession of a schedule III narcotic. Hart was fined $21 including court costs for not carrying or exhibiting his driver’s license or registration.
He was also fined $61 for failure to use lights with wipers. Charges were dropped for possession of marijuana and for improperly mounted license plates due to as not having sufficient evidence to pursue those charges.
Court records indicate hart served a ten day jail sentence stemming from a March 4 arrest, where he was taken into custody for violating his house arrest in Virginia and fined $232. Court records also indicate Hart had been declared a fugitive from justice on May 4. Records list him as arrested on that charge on September 11.
He is scheduled for another hearing on October 13 where he faces charges of a felony arrest without a warrant. Hart had been accused of choking his former girlfriend Maria Manic, but those charges have been dropped.
Hart most recently appeared for MLW. However, he was released from his contract. Hart did appear in the crowd at AEW and at ROH shows, but wasn’t signed by either company.
