Tessa Blanchard has been a free agent for just over 14 months, not appearing for any major promotion in that time period. Her only match being in September 2020, where she lost her Warrior Wrestling Women’s Title to Kylie Raw.
Tessa has since relocated to Texas where she has continued training, and has been in contact with at least one promotion.
Fightful Select (subscription required) is reporting that the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) reached out to Blanchard this summer to feel out the possibility of working together.
Fightful notes that they weren’t told of what the specific pitch was, but talks have been delayed between both sides for now.
