The Briscoes and FTR are finally set to officially have their much desired match against each other at the Supercard of Honor show next month, after months of back and forth from both teams.
However, with the match with FTR now official, Dem Boys have their eyes on another dream match, albeit this one would be slightly harder to make a reality.
The Briscoes recently spoke on the Battleground podcast, where they were asked about teams that they’d like to face. Obviously FTR were mentioned, but Jay also made it clear that he would want a match with The Usos.
He said:
“That’s the easy one. But they ain’t really flying under the radar. The Usos.”
Jay continued on, talking about the parallels between the two teams being teams of brothers, and claims it would be an honor to face them. He said:
“It’s something about brother tag teams, man. Something about brother tag teams. You know what I mean? Like, they, I mean, they’re, I mean tag teams, you know what I mean? When you got a brother tag team, I feel like we’re on a different, a different wavelength. You know what I mean?
“Jimmy and Jey Uso, they know exactly what they doing in the ring. They’ve been doing it for a long time. It would be an honor to wrestle the Usos.”
