The Golden 1 Center, which will play host to WWE Hell in a Cell on October 6, is advertising that the Fiend will challenge either Seth Rollins or Braun Strowman for the Universal Title in a Hell in a Cell match:

It is worth noting that as always with arena advertisements, the card is always subject to change, so it’s probably best not to get too carried away at the prospect of this actually happening.
There is every chance the arena and WWE are just trying to capitalize on the company’s most popular character to sell tickets.
Saying that, there are occasions when they do come to fruition and can be a sign of the direction WWE is planning to go.
Whether or not this does actually happen is of course still yet to be seen, but it is certainly an exciting prospect to say the least.
