WWE held five Money in the Bank qualifiers on WWE Raw tonight. The first match that took place on the show was Ricochet and AJ Styles.
In what has to be considered a major upset, Ricochet defeated AJ Styles. AJ was sort of distracted by The Viking Raiders when they attacked Omos during the match. They didn’t get involved in the actual match. Yet, AJ took too long to go for the forearm and Ricochet hit the Recoil for the win.
The next to qualify were two women. Again, in what I would consider a bit of a surprise, Asuka and Naomi beat Doudrop and Eva Marie. This means Naomi and Asuka have qualified for the Women’s Money in the Bank match. It also means, Eva Marie lost via rollup in her first official match back.

In another upset, John Morrison defeats Randy Orton. Orton loses after getting sprayed in the face by Morrison’s drip stick. Riddle scooted after Miz in his wheelchair and Orton loses. 2 more to go.
The 4th match featured some crazy stuff. When Alexa Bliss possessing her opponents isn’t the most puzzling thing in a match, you know it’s gone off the rails. Super Nikki and Demon Alexa have qualified for the ladder match.

The final qualifying match was by far the best one. Riddle has defeated Drew McIntyre clean for the win. Riddle qualifies for MITB.
While he may have won the match, he didn’t win the approval of Orton who refused to fist bump him after the match. Riddle joins Ricochet and Morrison as the first 3 entrants in the men’s ladder match.
