Amid speculation and rumors regarding their future, a major update has emerged on the TNA Wrestling contract status of The Hardy Boyz.

In October it was reported that Matt & Jeff Hardy were nearing the end of their respective TNA Wrestling contracts, having signed one year deals back in November 2024.

Given their return to WWE programming in 2025 by way of the NXT and TNA partnership, speculation had been abound regarding The Hardys potentially returning to the company for one more run, however, that now doesn’t appear set to be on the cards.

According to a new update from Fightful Select, Matt & Jeff Hardy are expected to sign new contracts with TNA Wrestling.

The Hardy Boyz are currently enjoying their fourth run as TNA World Tag Team Champions, having first won the gold back in Slammiversary in July. They also became the first team ever to hold the TNA and WWE NXT Tag Team Titles at the same time in October, when they dethroned Darkstate at NXT Showdown.

We will provide further updates on The Hardys’ TNA contract statuses if/when it is confirmed that they have re-signed with the company.

TNA is on the verge of an exciting new era, as Impact begins life on the AMC Network on January 15.
