The Rizzler met up with AEW’s Orange Cassidy backstage ahead of tonight’s Full Gear event in Newark, New Jersey.
On the Zero Hour for tonight’s AEW Full Gear pay-per-view, Big BOOM! AJ of the Costco Guys will compete in his first match for AEW, when he faces off against QT Marshall.
AJ is set to be cornered by his son Big Justice for the match, and the pair will be joined by The Rizzler, who AJ said will ‘ring the bell’ after the match.
Ahead of Full Gear, AEW took to Instagram, sharing a video of The Rizzler arriving at the show, meeting up with Orange Cassidy backstage.
Cassidy has a big night in store for himself too, when he challenges Jon Moxley for the AEW World Championship in the main event of the show.
Tonight’s show will also see the AEW pay-per-view debut of Bobby Lashley, when he faces off against Swerve Strickland.
