The Rock Praises Montez Ford Calling Him ‘The Total Package’

The Rock has recently shared which current member of the WWE roster he believes is ‘the total package’ in an red carpet interview.

During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, The Rock discussed being proud of his daughter debuting to cut a promo at an NXT 2.0 house show but also discussed someone he views as ‘the total package’ on the WWE roster.

Having previously spoken positively about the tag-team star, The Rock doubled down on his praise of the Street Profits’ Montez Ford.

The Rock said of the high flying Ford:

“I love that guy. I love his energy. I love his charisma. I love his work ethic. In the world of pro wrestling, there’s nothing like the world of pro wrestling. It’s very unique, it’s also a business; professional wrestling, WWE, it’s in my blood. It’s my passion, I love it. A guy like him, he’s worked his butt off, and by the way, they all do..but him, in particular, he’s got great athleticism, he’s the total package.”

Montez Ford is gearing up for a major match at SummerSlam along with tag partner Angelo Dawkins.

Scheduled to challenge the Usos for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships, given the controversy surrounding their Money in the Bank match finish, it was announced the match will feature a special guest referee.

On the July 15 edition of WWE SmackDown the special guest referee for the match was announced to be WWE Hall of Famer, and notable Tennessee native, Jeff Jarrett.
