The Rock Reacts To Recent Joe Rogan Wrestling Comments

The Rock has responded to comments made by Joe Rogan recently about pro-wrestling, following a recent WWE A&E documentary.

In the past, Rogan has received heat from wrestling fans for making fun of WWE. It seems that Rogan is finally beginning to understand the art of pro-wrestling.

Rogan took to Twitter with a shot of Randy Savage on his TV from a recent documentary. Praising the Rogan captioned the photo:

“Documentaries on A&E right now are really well done. Maybe I’m really high but I think I now am beginning to truly understand pro wrestling.”

The Rock replied to Rogan’s post, promising to talk pro-wrestling with the podcaster. Briefly his experience as a wrestler, The Rock wrote:

“At one time, it was the best job in the world. One day we’ll get drunk (or high) and talk about it. Or talk about it first then get f**ked up”

In 2014, Rogan joked that wrestling was “some weird, f***ing jerk-off thing that strange guys do when they sit in front of the TV and pretend that they don’t know it’s fake.”, which obviously didn’t go down well with wrestling fans.

On The Joe Rogan Experience last year, Rogan explained:

“It’s definitely scripted. It’s not like they’re risking it all because they don’t know what the outcome is gonna be. It’s different than an actual athletic event, but it’s still pretty badass as far as what they’re able to do. They don’t nearly get enough credit for it either. While they were doing it, before the lockdown, they were doing it 250+ days a year traveling all over the country, throwing each other on tables.”

Earlier this year, Rogan hosted The Undertaker on his podcast, resulting in the infamous “soft” comments. The Undertaker has since clarified that he didn’t intend to bash today’s talent with the quote.
