When you’re feeling down about being let go from your job, there can’t be many better things to raise your spirits than a message from probably the most famous person on the planet, The Rock.
One of the more shocking WWE releases this past week was that of Ruby Riott, who was released alongside five others on Wednesday (June 2).
Ruby posted an emotional statement on her Instagram following her release, and now Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has commented a message of support.
As you can see below, he commented: “You will resurface. Strong, wiser & better (thank you for the awesome birthday vid).”
Backstage reports following Ruby’s release were that everyone was incredibly shocked to see her released, because she was very well liked and respected by all.
Her release means SmackDown’s women’s roster now has just nine names on it, two of which are Sonya Deville who isn’t currently wrestling, and Mia Yim, who is yet to make her SmackDown debut.
