According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the Undertaker has signed a contract with WWE so long that it may as well be a “lifetime contract”.
Despite now being 54, ‘Taker is showing no signs of stopping, having wrestled at both Super ShowDown and Extreme Rules in 2019.
While his match with Goldberg at Super ShowDown was a catastrophe, he showed that he still have something to offer in his tag match with Roman Reigns at Extreme Rules.
It’s not exactly hard to guess why he has signed this deal, given that WWE are desperate to keep hold of him after pulling him from Starrcast II, an event that ran alongside AEW Double or Nothing.
He is currently not scheduled for another match this year, but that could of course change as things develop, but it seems that every time we hear his dong, it will be be in a WWE ring for the rest of time.
