The Undertaker To Appear On WWE Raw On Monday?

On Monday Night Raw, wrestling legend The Undertaker shockingly made his return to WWE.

In a turn no one saw coming, “The Deadman” made the save for Roman Reigns during a two-on-one beatdown at the hands of Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre.

The angle was used to set up a tag team match at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view next month, with Roman and Taker teaming up to take on McMahon and McIntyre.

Some speculated that Taker only returned to get rid of the “bad taste” in his mouth after his woeful match with Goldberg at WWE Super ShowDown.

However, reports have since emerged suggested that the Extreme Rules match had been planned before Super ShowDown, with Undertaker specifically requesting to work with Drew McIntyre.

With regards to an appearance on Raw next week, “The Phenom” is not advertised for the show in Dallas, Texas. However, WWE.com‘s Raw preview article is teasing that Taker might be appearing at the taping in his home state.

The Big Dog and The Deadman unite

It was an alliance that no one saw coming (especially not Roman Reigns), but The Undertaker returned this past Monday night on Raw to help The Big Dog repel a two-on-one beatdown at the hands of Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre. The unexpected assist led to a blockbuster WWE Extreme Rules announcement that Reigns and The Deadman will join forces against “The Best in the World” and The Scottish Psychopath in Philadelphia.

What fallout from this shocking team-up will we witness this Monday on Raw?

Undertaker is often backstage when WWE holds shows in Texas. Based on the fact that he lives just a few hours from  Dallas, it should not come as a surprise to see him on the show next week.
