The best will they won’t they since Ross and Rachel is currently ongoing with WWE Raw and the TV-14 television rating.
It was originally reported last week that WWE Raw would be moving to TV-14, with it originally being expected to take place on the July 18 show, which was then changed to ‘sometime soon’.
The rating for SummerSlam was then changed to TV-14 on Peacock, until it no longer was. Now, WWE Raw is listed as TV-14 on Hulu, and has not been changed as of this writing.
WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker was asked about the change at his recent appearance at San Diego Comic Con, to which he was very welcoming of the change, claiming that the Attitude Era was ‘great TV’.
He said:
“I think it’s a good move. With their main demographic being 18-34 year old males. Done the way that WWE will do it, it will mean much more than just a random, ‘Okay, we’re gonna use a cuss word because it’s gonna get a cheap pop.
“WWE is smart and hopefully, when they do. Maybe it’s a chance to touch that Attitude Era. right? because I mean, the Attitude Era was out of control but it was such great, great TV. And we’re finally starting to get a talent roster now that knows how to use those kinds of tools.”
