WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker has just been crowned the first ever winner of a brand new championship belt.
Tonight’s May 18 episode of WWE LFG (Legends & Future Greats) on A&E played host to the finals of season one, with two women and two men still in the running.
The women’s finalists were Tyra Mae Steele and Zena Sterling, while the men’s finalists were Jasper Troy and Shiloh Hill.
Both Steele and Hill were representing Team Undertaker, with Sterling representing Team Bubba Ray Dudley, and Troy representing Team Booker T.
Team Mickie James didn’t have anyone in the finals.
Due to him having two representatives in the finals – more than any of the other coaches – The Undertaker was crowned the first ever WWE LFG Champion and was given the new championship belt.
As far as the overall winners, Team Undertaker’s Tyra Mae Steele won for the women, with Team Booker T’s Jasper Troy winning for the men.
The story is that they’ve now earned themselves NXT contracts, although in reality, all the LFG rookies are already signed to NXT.
