The Undertaker Recalls Iconic WWE Match Of His That’s ‘Closest To Perfect’ WWE

WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker has recalled an iconic WrestleMania match of his he believes is the ‘closest to perfect’ for him.

The Undertaker accomplished a lot of things during his legendary WWE career, with him ultimately becoming synonymous for his iconic WrestleMania undefeated streak.

The streak played host to some of the greatest matches in the history of the event, including his encounter with Shawn Michaels back at WrestleMania 25 in 2009.

In the latest in a series of videos uploaded to WWE’s YouTube channel, the two men sat down to rewatch their encounter from WrestleMania 25.

Taking to Twitter, Undertaker reflected on the match, calling it ‘the closest to perfect’ he got during his career.

He wrote:

Watching this match back with @ShawnMichaels was almost as much fun as it was doing the match itself…almost!!!

This match was the closest to perfect as it got for me. #WrestleMania

The two men would face off in a rematch in the main event of the following year’s WrestleMania, which would be Shawn Michaels’ retirement match.
