Three More New WWE Star Names Revealed WWE

Three more new WWE ring names look to have been revealed via trademark filings made by the company with the USPTO today.

WWE usually trademarks new ring names before the talent in question actually debut those new names on TV.

These can either be name changes for existing members of the roster, or more commonly, the ring names for new talent before they make their first appearances on TV.

Today, WWE filed to trademark the names C.J. Valor, Romeo Moreno and Santi Rivera.

The following description accompanied the filings, which is typical of ring name trademarks:

Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered live and through broadcast media including television and radio, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment via an online community portal; providing a website in the field of sports entertainment information; fan club services, namely, organizing sporting events in the field of wrestling for wrestling fan club members; organizing social entertainment events for entertainment purposes for wrestling fan club members; providing online newsletters in the fields of sports entertainment; online journals, namely blogs, in the field of sports entertainment

Earlier this week, WWE also filed for the names Dorian Van Dux and Tristan Angels – Tristan Angels is confirmed to be the new name for NXT‘s Nathaniel Cranton/Nathan Angel.
