During SmackDown last night, WWE announced that next week’s edition of the show will be a special “throwback edition”.
We weren’t really given many details as to what’s actually going to be happening other than there’s going to be an old SmackDown logo and Cesaro will be facing Seth Rollins on the show.
No special appearances have been announced so we’ll have to see whether the “retro” feel is only aesthetic or there are gonna be some faces from the past that show up.
Kevin Owens has tweeted that he wants to jump off the famous ‘SmackDown fist’ on the stage, although WWE has yet to confirm there’s actually going to be a fist.
