WWE continues to be very high on NXT’s Tiffany Stratton who was pushed hard during last night’s July 31 episode of Raw.

Coming off the back of the Great American Bash, tonight’s NXT was advertised during Raw last night, and it all surrounded one person… NXT Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton.

There wasn’t even a mention of anyone else during the NXT promo clips that aired on Raw as it was all centered around the newly dubbed ‘Blockbuster Blonde’, so it sounds like Stratton has even joined the alliterative nickname club that Vince McMahon has introduced recently.

The theming of the ad also took inspiration from the new Barbie movie, which fits pretty well considering Stratton has often referred to herself as the ‘Buff Barbie’. You can see the clip below this article.

This isn’t the first time WWE has focused on Stratton to promote NXT – last time, there was a ratings boost for Spring Breakin’ which WWE officials largely attributed to the fact that the advertising on Raw focused on Stratton specifically, just like it did last night.

We’ll see if the Stratton push leads to another strong night for NXT in the ratings following a couple of good weeks thanks to the integration of Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley.

Set for tonight’s NXT is obviously something involving Stratton – who retained her championship against Thea Hail at Great American Bash when Andre Chase threw in the towel on Hail’s behalf – Eddy Thorpe vs Dijak, Jacy Jayne vs Lyra Valkyria, Lola Vice & Elektra Lopez vs Valentina Feroz & Yulisa Leon, and the “interrogation” of Joe Gacy’s Schism faction members where it seems like the Creed Brothers are going to be revealed as “secret” Schism members, unless it’s supposed to be a swerve and revealed as someone else, but we’re definitely supposed to think it’s the Creed Brothers.
