As many of the released WWE stars begin to emerge from their contractual cocoons as their non-compete clauses end, one former NXT star joins the swarm.
Former NXT wrestler Timothy Thatcher is returning to in-ring action for a recently announced match with Bloodsport.
As announced by Josh Barnett on Twitter, Thatcher is set to make his in-ring return during WrestleMania week in Dallas as a part of Bloodsport 8.
Announced as a homecoming, Thatcher previously wrestled for in three other Bloodsport events for Game Changer Wrestling, most recently at Bloodsport 2 in 2019.
While Timothy Thatcher had not wrestled since August 2021, he was recently released from WWE as a part of their backstage cuts which saw several performance center staff released from the company.
