Kelly Klein has defeated Sumie Sekai, Madison Rayne, and Karen Q to become the second ever Women of Honor World Champion at Final Battle.
Klein outlasted all three other women in a four-way elimination match. Karen Q was the first woman eliminated and was soon followed by Madison Rayne. Klein was eventually able to pin Sumie Sekai following an avalanche fireman’s carry slam.

Sumie Sekai and Kelly Klein were the two finalists in the Women of Honor championship tournament. The tournament climaxed at Supercard of Honor XII where Sekai defeated Klein to become the inaugural champion. Now, eight months later, Klein has succeeded in winning the championship that has eluded her in 2018.
