In a premium live event that is set to feature five championship matches, there has been a title change on NXT Vengeance Day.
After a hard fought battle and a little shenanigans, there are new NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions!
In a delightful case of ‘how will they co-exist?!’ recent mortal enemies Kiana James and Fallon Henley had to put their differences aside in their quest for gold when they teamed up tonight.
The unlikely duo took on Katana Chance and Kayden Carter for the NXT Women’s Tag Team Championships, the longest reigning tag champs in all of the WWE Women’s Division.
However their reign is no longer as after a series of exciting moves in the end of the match led to an opportunity for Kiana James to hold down her Carter’s feet to ensure the three count for Henley who was in the ring, and the win.
