New Title Matches Announced For WWE Great American Bash

Two new championship matches have now been made official for the WWE NXT Great American Bash event next Saturday.

WWE NXT is set to host it’s Great American Bash premium live event next Saturday, and two new championship matches have now been announced for the show.

On tonight’s show, Izzi Dame and Tatum Paxley teamed up in tag team action against NXT Women’s North American Champion Sol Ruca and Zaria.

In recent weeks, Izzi has been attempting to recruit Tatum into the Culling, which led to Tatum saving Izzi during their match tonight, causing Zaria to accidentally Spear her partner, and Izzi pinning the North American Champion.

Following the victory over Sol, NXT General Manager Ava approached Izzi backstage, telling her that she will face Sol Ruca for the NXT Women’s North American Championship at the Great American Bash.

Later in the night, a number one contender’s match for the NXT Championship took place, with Jasper Troy facing off against Yoshiki Inamura, with the winner facing Oba Femi for the title at the Great American Bash.

It was Inamura who picked up the win, earning him a shot at Oba Femi’s NXT Championship in Atlanta on July 12.
