Title Match Set For WWE Raw

After becoming number one contenders last week, The Judgment Day is set for their World Tag Team Title match on tonight’s WWE Raw.

On the May 20 episode of Monday Night Raw, The Judgment Day’s Finn Balor and JD McDonagh defeated New Catch Republic, The Authors of Pain and The Creed Brothers to become number one contenders for Awesome Truth’s World Tag Team Titles.

After getting the win thanks to an assist from Carlito, it seems Balor and McDonagh will not have to wait long for their shot at the gold.

On Monday afternoon, WWE announced that Awesome Truth will defend the World Tag Team Championships against The Judgment Day’s Finn Balor and JD McDonagh on tonight’s May 20 WWE Raw. WWE’s website description for the match reads:

At WrestleMania, Damian Priest and Finn Bálor lost the Undisputed Tag Team Titles in a Six-Pack Challenge Ladder Match. Now, The Judgment Day is out to reclaim the gold when The Prince and JD McDonagh challenge World Tag Team Champions The Miz & R-Truth.

This will mark Awesome Truth’s third title defense since winning the gold at WrestleMania 40.
