TNA Wrestling Star Contract Expiring ‘Sooner Than Expected’ With WWE Interest Anticipated WWE/TNA Wrestling

With three WWE appearances under her belt in 2024 so far, details of TNA Knockouts World Champion Jordynne Grace have emerged.

Grace made her WWE debut during the women’s Royal Rumble match in January 2024 before heading to NXT in June of this year.

Her two appearances to date have seen her defeat Stevie Turner on television before facing Roxanne Perez at WWE NXT Battleground in June of this year in a losing effort for the WWE NXT Women’s Championship.

She would go on to face NXT’s Tatum Paxley at TNA Against All Odds on June 14, 2024, retaining the TNA Knockouts World Championship.

Fightful Select has now provided further details on Grace’s TNA Wrestling contract status with anticipated interest from WWE.

According to the report, Grace’s current TNA Wrestling deal is “up in January” of next year.

This, however, wasn’t always the case according to the report, with it being noted that “Grace re-signed with TNA for two years in the summer of 2023.”

A two-year contract would take her summer 2025 with Fightful Select stating that the “contract was amended” with an expiry date of January 2025.

Fightful’s WWE sources have stated that she is expected to have interest from the company when her contract expires in 2025.

Grace had previously revealed that she had talks with WWE before re-signing with TNA Wrestling stating that she wasn’t sure how WWE would treat her.

Discussing future crossovers between TNA Wrestling and WWE, Grace has stated that “anything is possible in wrestling right now.

That certainly seemed to be the case after Ethan Page won the NXT Championship at NXT Heatwave, with a Joe Hendry tease popping up on screen.

Further details of Hendry’s involvement in WWE NXT have been revealed with plans to use the star “heavily”.

Hendry made his WWE match debut on June 18 in the NXT Championship No. 1 Contender Battle Royal with his prompt elimination seeing him have words with Shawn Michaels backstage.
