TNA Wrestling star Alexander Hammerstone has confirmed that he is no longer with the company after his contract expired.
Hammerstone returned to TNA Wrestling at the January 2024 Hard to Kill and would appear on WWE NXT in September 2024 thanks to the partnership between both companies.
The now-former TNA Wrestling star confirmed his free agency in a post to his own Twitter account, revealing:
“I wrestled my last match for TNA at the February tapings and am no longer under contract with the company.
“Grateful for the opportunities that came my way and excited for what’s next.”
The tweet, as can be seen below this news story, including a highlight real of his time in TNA Wrestling.
In May 2023, it was reported that WWE passed up on the chance to sign Hammerstone to a contract.
According to MLW owner Court Bauer, Hammerstone had been told that looked “too much like Triple H”.
Hammerstone made his WWE debut against Oba Femi on the September 10, 2024 episode of WWE NXT in a losing effort.
His second match for the company would take place on September 17, 2024, defeating Tony D’Angelo by Count Out.
We will continue to provide updates on Hammerstone as they become available.
