What Happened With Joe Hendry After TNA Wrestling Genesis 2025 Went Off The Air TNA

Here’s what happened with new TNA World Champion Joe Hendry after the TNA Wrestling Genesis event went off the air.

Sunday’s (January 19) special was headlined by a major world title match, with Joe Hendry challenging for Nic Nemeth’s gold.

Hendry was ultimately victorious, pinning Nemeth after 19 minutes of action to finally capture the TNA World Championship.

While the show went off the air with Hendry celebrating to his viral theme music, fan footage has now emerged of Hendry addressing the fans after the show went off the air.

After TNA’s cameras stopped rolling, Hendry noted that he’s proud to be part of the TNA locker room, before thanking everyone in the back, as well as his supporters.

You can watch a clip of Henry addressing the crowd below, where he said:

“You are the lifeblood of TNA wrestling. You’ve watched the growth of this company, and the awesome thing about it is we are all doing it together. I want you all to know, I’m so proud to be a part of this locker room.

“It is the greatest honor and privilege to share a locker room with the individuals in the back, and you have no idea how many of them have gone out of their way to help me get to where I wanted to do, to selflessly give me the help, the advice, the guidance, the mentorship.

“None of this happens without the colleagues and staff in the back. Thank you so much to every single one of you.”
