TNA Wrestling Star Undergoes Surgery

Alex Hammerstone hasn’t been seen in a TNA Wrestling ring since November 29 at Turning Point in the Thanksgiving Turkey Bowl.

The former MLW World Heavyweight Champion went up against Brian Myers, Rhino, Eric Young and Joe Hendry, who would go on to win the match.

The recent issue of Wrestling Observer Newsletter confirmed that Hammerstone was expected to be “out for several months” due to requiring knee surgery.

Hammerstone was original scheduled to compete at TNA Final Resolution on December 13, 2024, teaming with Jake Something in a three-way match against The Rascalz and PCO & Sami Callihan.

He has now confirmed that he has undergone knee surgery in a Twitter post that can be seen below, writing:

“Post panic attack.”

Hammerstone wasn’t replaced in the three-way match at TNA Final Solution, with Something competing on his own in a match that would be won by Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz.

At the time of writing, there is no information as to when Hammerstone will return to the ring.
