A notable TNA Wrestling star has re-signed with the company, following two years officially back with the company.
After making several appearances for the company while still signed to AEW, Frankie Kazarian announced that he had officially signed with TNA in January 2023.
Two years on, PWInsider has now confirmed that Kazarian has re-signed with TNA Wrestling.
Commenting on re-signing with TNA Wrestling, Frankie Kazarian told PWInsider:
“I feel great continuing my relationship with this company. In January 2023, I bet on myself. I made the choice to come back here because you can’t tell the story of Frankie Kazarian without TNA. Since then, I’ve seen this company grow exponentially. Now, we’re about to do our first live television broadcast in eight years. It’s an exciting time to be here, and there’s a lot of positive momentum.”
“As I’ve said before, I came back because I still have a lot to offer. I don’t do well sitting on the bench. I just wanted to get in the game, to be a player, because I can still compete at a high level. Over the last few years, I’ve proven that, and I’m proud to be considered a leader, and sometimes a voice of reason, for the younger talent. I take that responsibility seriously, especially as I see this company continue to grow.”
Commenting on TNA Wrestling’s partnership with WWE, Kazarian noted:
“When we talk about things like live television, new markets, bigger arenas, and our new relationship with WWE, I want to be the one championing all of that. I’ve always expected a lot from myself, the roster, and the management team.
“They, in turn, expect a lot from me. And because of that, we’ve reached where we are now. TNA Wrestling is hot, and I’m expecting even more growth this year, surpassing last year—arguably one of our biggest years ever.”
Kazarian currently holds the Call Your Shot Gauntlet Trophy, guaranteeing him a future TNA World Championship match.
