A TNA Wrestling star has addressed being left off the upcoming WWE Showdown crossover show with NXT in October.
The October 7 show will see Team NXT face Team TNA, with stars from both the men’s and women’s roster representing their respective companies.
With two additional matches also announced for the upcoming special, former TNA World Champion Steve Maclin has addressed not being announced for the show.
Speaking on The Mark Hoke Show, Maclin stated that he hoped that Team TNA would get the job done.
Addressing his own status for the event, he said:
“I’m hoping for the best for team TNA and everybody involved. Obviously I’m not there, I wasn’t picked on the team, which kind of makes me wonder what’s going on in that situation.
“I guess not all soldiers or Marines are going to go to fight the war at the same time. I’ll just sit and wait for something a little bit bigger on that end.
“I’ve got my fingers crossed team TNA will do their thing, and we’ll see what comes out of that.”
