More has been announced for tonight’s edition of NXT 2.0, including a segment with new NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa.
On the September 21 show, Tommaso Ciampa will kick off proceedings by addressing his title victory. WWE teased an encounter with Bron Breakker in the announcement, following Breakker confronting Ciampa at the end of last week’s show.
WWE has also revealed that Mandy Rose, Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne of Toxic Attraction will also take to the mic on tonight’s NXT 2.0. On last week’s show, the trio defeated Kacy Catanzaro, Kayden Carter & Sarray in a 6-women tag match. Following the bout, Toxic Attraction stated that they’re putting the whole roster on notice.
It has also been noted that Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen will tell the whole story about how they formed their partnership. The duo were defeated by Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel on the NXT 2.0 premiere.
Ahead of tonight’s show, Tommaso Ciampa addressed fan criticisms of the brand’s new format.
