Tony Khan has revealed his plans for AEW in the coming year, following on from what he describes as a “great 2025”.
With a roster that has seen the addition of the likes of Zayda Steel recently, Tony Khan set out his vision for 2026 in a recent Twitter Live video.
Reflecting on the “great 2025”, Khan would note the awards that AEW had won and state his goals for the current year, saying:
“AEW’s going to have a great 2026. I’m very, very excited about the things we’re doing.
“We’re making forward-looking moves, and I have plans to grow the business in a major way, domestically and internationally, and I’m really very excited.”

While Khan wouldn’t specify what the domestic and international plans are, it was previously reported that ROH would crossover with Maple Leaf Wrestling in Canada for Global Wars later this year.
This wasn’t the only Global Wars to be taking place, with Tony Khan having confirmed that ROH would crossover with Athena’s Metroplex Wrestling.
AEW also returns to the United Kingdom for All In on August 30, with the pay-per-view once again taking place at London’s Wembley Stadium.
The AEW roster also expanded following MJF’s World Championship defense at Limitless Wrestling, with Alec Price and Jordan Oliver being declared ‘All Elite‘
