Tony Khan Names The 2 Best Wrestlers In The World

When you are the CEO of a wrestling company, your opinion on who is the best carries a lot of weight. Such is the case for the President and CEO of All Elite Wrestling, Tony Khan.

Tony Khan recently opened up about who he believes are the best wrestlers in the world. He gave a short list, naming AEW World Champion Kenny Omega and Jon Moxley as his two best in the game. Here is the quote from Khan’s appearance on Oral Session with Renee Paquette, courtesy of Wrestling Inc.:

“Don Callis and Kenny have a very close relationship and, you know, I think that was behind it, but I also think Kenny believed that Don would be a very powerful advocate for him; the role of a really, really strong heel manager for Kenny as the top heel in the territory. Really, I think Kenny is the top heel in wrestling right now. I think that’s what people wanted to see… I think people were really ready to see this Kenny Omega. He was excited to present it. He put so much thought into innovating and changing. That’s why I think the two best wrestlers in the world are Kenny and Jon [Moxley].”

Omega and Moxley are currently involved in AEW’s main event rivalry over the AEW World Championship. Omega beat Moxley at Winter is Coming with the help of Don Callis.
