Tony Khan Announces Preview Special For AEW Saturday Night Dynamite

Tony Khan has announced a ‘college football’ preview countdown special that will air ahead of Saturday’s edition of AEW Dynamite.

The AEW President announced the show on Busted Open Radio, noting that he’ll soon reveal more details about:

“An AEW/college football show. It’ll be a preview show that we’ll do as kind of a countdown to the live Dynamite on Saturday.”

Khan went on to note that he wanted to do something different, with Dynamite once again airing on Saturday this week. Ahead of the October 15 episode of Rampage, AEW aired a Buy-In special on YouTube. During the preview show, Bryan Danielson went one-on-one with Minoru Suzuki.

Cody Rhodes will do battle with Malakai Black once again on Saturday’s episode of Dynamite. The AEW Word Championship Eliminator Tournament will officially kick off, with first round matches Bryan Danielson vs Dustin Rhodes, and Lance Archer vs Eddie Kingston also announced for the show.
