Tony Khan Provides Huge Update On AEW Video Game AEW

AEW President Tony Khan has confirmed the name of the promotion’s first ever console video game.

Following last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite, and ahead of the pre-taped episode of Rampage, AEW President Tony Khan came out to announce the game’s name, and told the crowd their chants would be recorded for the game.

The game, as has been previously speculated, will be called “AEW: Fight Forever”. This comes just a month after the promotion filed to trademark the name with the intention of it covering downloadable game software.

Fightful Select recently reported the tentative release date for the game is late September 2022, but of course plans can change. One of the main developers is Yuke’s, who you may know helped create several WWE games before the two company’s stopped working together.

We know very little about the game’s content, but what we do know is that there will be a story mode in the game.

If we get any more updates about the game, we will of course let you know as soon as possible.

You can check out the full confirmed roster for AEW: Fight Forever right here.
