Former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Tony Nese appeared for the first time on AEW Dynamite tonight (October 23).
Nese was shown in the crowd during the Bryan Danielson vs Dustin Rhodes opening match. He was also shown on camera during Eddie Kingston vs. Lance Archer later in the show.
The commentators specifically mentioned Nese and called him one of the hottest free agents in wrestling right now.
He was released by WWE this past June having been with the company since 2016.
