A top AEW star has reflected on a major crossover entrance from their match at today’s NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 18 event.
On the show, Will Ospreay competed in what will end up being one of his last matches as a full-time member of the NJPW roster, when he faced off against David Finlay and Jon Moxley to crown the inaugural IWGP Global Champion.
Ospreay made a rather impressive entrance on the show, in a collaboration with Ubisoft and Assassin’s Creed, which you can see in the video below.
Taking to Twitter after the show, Ospreay reflected on the collab, calling it a ‘lifelong dream’.
He wrote:
Thank you to @Ubisoft and @assassinscreed for allowing me to live a lifelong dream at Wrestle Kingdom! I hope you all enjoyed it!
The official Assassin’s Creed account responded to Ospreay’s post, replying:
Congrats to the Aerial Assassin @WillOspreay on an spectacular match at #WrestleKingdom. Amazing ring gear! #WeAreAssassins
David Finlay won the bout to become the inaugural Global Champion, before getting into a confrontation with former WWE star Dolph Ziggler (Nic Nemeth).
