PWInsider is reporting that incredibly popular star Luchasaurus could be out for months after reportedly tearing his hamstring prior to AEW: Dynamite last night.
Luchasaurus was replaced by Jurassic Express stablemate Marko Stunt for their tag team tournament loss against the Lucha Bros.
We were aware prior to the show that Luchasaurus was injured, but we didn’t know to what extent, so to hear that he’s torn his hamstring is very sad.
PWInsider’s report was later confirmed by Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, so it’s safe to say that it is the case.

Depending on the severity of the tear, Dr Google tells me that he could be out for between several weeks and a few months, so it looks as though Marko Stunt and Jungle Boy will be without their Jurassic protector for a while.
We wish Luchasaurus all the best in his recovery and hope to see him back in the ring very soon.
