Top AEW Star Is Revealed As ‘The Bride’ On ‘The Masked Singer’

A top AEW star has been revealed as “The Bride” on “The Masked Singer”.

Since his days in WWE, Chris Jericho has been a crossover star with appearances on various shows, including VH1’s Best Week Ever and Dancing With The Stars.

Jericho made his latest television appearances on the TV show, “The Masked Singer”, where celebrity contestants perform songs in elaborate disguises.

For 2 episodes of the series, the first AEW World Champion was in the disguise of a pink dinosaur bride who attempted to rock the crowds and shocked judges with his rendition of songs like “All Star by Smash Mouth,” “Shut Up and Dance” by Walk the Moon, and “White Wedding” by Billy Idol.

On the most recent episode of Season 8, Chris Jericho was unmasked and explained why he chose to be on the show.

While speaking to host Nick Cannon, Jericho said:

“It’s always been inside of me my whole life, and I finally got to do it. No, I gotta tell you, I am shocked because I was having a great time.

“This costume was amazing, it’s the best costume that I’ve seen on the show and I’m disappointed I got beaten by an avocado.”

Chris Jericho last appeared on the November 16 edition of AEW Dynamite in a tag team loss with Sammy Guevara to Claudio Castagnoli and Bryan Danielson.

Jericho will now go on to defend the Ring of Honor World Championship in a four way match against Danielson, Castagnoli and Guevara at AEW Full Gear this Saturday, November 19.
