A top NXT star has made an appearance on tonight’s WWE Raw (August 28) ahead of a potential face off with a main roster star.

On tonight’s WWE Raw, NXT Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton was shown in the crowd, taking in the night’s festivities.

Last week during NXT, Stratton made a ‘mistake’ by noting Becky Lynch as a past NXT Women’s Champion, which she later recanted, noting Lynch hadn’t actually ever won the title.

Lynch fired back a tweet where she acknowledged she hadn’t… yet.

There is a report from WRKD Wrestling that there is a match expected between Becky Lynch and Tiffany Stratton.

Tonight’s main event is set to feature a Falls Count Anywhere match between Zoey Stark and Becky Lynch, so we’ll keep you updated if Stratton gets involved. Update: she didn’t.
