Many people had wondered what the future of Roderick Strong would be following the split of Undisputed Era. Now, it appears we have our answer as Strong formally resigned on tonight’s show.
Strong and his wife, Marina Shafir arrived at the building earlier in the day but made their way to William Regal’s office. While meeting Regal, Strong handed in his resignation. Regal told him that there were difficult moments but Strong is an ultimate professional.
Roderick Strong had been in the Undisputed Era since NXT Takeover New Orleans in 2018. The group broke up earlier this year when Adam Cole turned on Kyle O’Reilly, a rivalry that culminated at NXT Takeover Stand and Deliver last week.
While it appears that Strong could be main roster-bound, nothing has been confirmed as of this writing.
