After what happened at NXT Takeover: Portland, PWInsider is reporting that Rhea Ripley is set to appear on Raw. She will likely be there to confront Charlotte Flair ahead of their match at WrestleMania 36.
Ripley and Charlotte have been feuding since Charlotte won the Royal Rumble. She was going to announce who she would challenge at WrestleMania before Ripley appeared and threw down a challenge of her own.
Since then, Charlotte has neglected to answer the challenge. Until last night, that is. Ripley defended her NXT Women’s Championship against Bianca Belair at which point Charlotte attacked her from behind. Charlotte announced that she was accepting Ripley’s challenge and proceeded to hit her with Natural Selection.
This is only the second match confirmed for WrestleMania 36. The other being Brock Lesnar vs. Drew McIntyre.
