On Saturday evening at AEW Revolution, Jon Moxley became the second-ever AEW World Champion when he defeated Chris Jericho’s in the show’s main event.
For those who aren’t aware, Jon Moxley is married to former Raw commentator Renee Young. It has been reported that Young was actually backstage at Revolution this weekend.
PWInsider is reporting that Renee was backstage at the show on Saturday night. It is not believed that WWE has any issue with Young supporting her husband by being at the show.
Of course, this is no indication that Renee Young will be moving from WWE to AEW. However, a former WWE star may be on his way to the company.
Matt Hardy revealed last night that his WWE contract expired over the weekend. Now AEW has teased that Hardy may be joining the company and subsequently revealed as the leader of The Dark Order.
This comes after it was reported that along with Hardy, Brodie Lee (formerly Luke Harper) will be joining AEW and debuting on the 18/03 show in New York, his home state.
